About Us - What We Do

Our specialist and dedicated National Creditor Services Team (NCS) provide specialist advice and support to anyone impacted by or experiencing insolvency, whether that be of a personal or corporate nature.

Our team is on hand to offer expert industry knowledge to help you understand each step of the insolvency process, with a focus on maximising returns and seeking a better outcome for the creditor (yourselves) .

In addition to offering advice, support and monitoring, our tailored lodging service means the NCS team will lodge all proof of debt and voting forms on your behalf to alleviate you of the administrative burden. Not only that, you will have access to our market leading Client Portal, Insolvency Case E-Management where you are able to see full transparency of your insolvency cases, including completed forms and insolvency statistics all of which is exportable for your own management meetings.

NCS works closely with an extensive network of well-respected law firms and insolvency professionals across the UK, as well as holding a strong working relationship with most Official Receiver’s offices across England and Wales. Being able to call upon this vast network enables us to act quickly in order to identify the likely outcome of a case, and to obtain the relevant information to support a creditor experiencing insolvency.

How to Instruct

As a creditor, when you receive notice that one of your customers is in an insolvency procedure, simply notify our team via our dedicated email address nationalcs@btguk.com together with details of the balance outstanding. We will then lodge and vote accordingly.

Alternatively, in readiness of receiving insolvency paperwork, you are welcome to contact us for an appointment. One of our team will then attend your offices to present the bespoke Insolvency Case E-Management System and confirm the process in detail.
